TERMS OF SERVICE

Disclaimer • By commissining me, you agree that you have read and accept the TERMS OF SERVICE below.

◆ General Info

• I, the artist, reserve all copyrights on my artworks. This includes the right to use the artwork in whatever way I want. (eg. reproduce samples, post it as self-promotion or patreon)• In case of a commission of an existing character design, I may not claim the rights to the character and credit the owner.• In case of a commission when I have to design a character, I reserve all rights to the character unless the needed adoptlicense was paid.• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time for whatever reason.• If not otherwise stated, I reserve the right to stream the commission Live on Twitch.• In case of a NDA/Private request, a fee will be added depending of the commission size.• You are not allowed to edit/modify my artworks or trace them in any way.• You are not allowed to use my artwork in any AI/KI purposes.• You are not allowed to claim my artworks as your own or post them in a gallery with the purpose to show your own work.• You are not allowed to remove my signiture/watermark on the artwork.• You must credit me, the artist, properly whenever you post or promote the artwork or sell it.• You reserve the right to reproduce the artwork in a PERSONAL use ONLY• I am never obliged to ship any commission item, as a commission is exclusively a digital asset.üüüüüüü

◆ commercial info

• If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, a fee will be added to the total price of the commission.• The following counts as commercial use: Reproducing and/or selling the artwork in any way to gain profit or advertising for your business or yourself. (eg. Patreon, YouTube, personal webseite, business cards, merch, free gifts, puplic flyers etc.)• No extra fee is required for the intended use of Twitch emotes via Twitch, Discord etc., but if they are reproduced as stickers eg. a fee will be charged.

◆ COMMERCIAL FEE

◆ ordering

• In order to set a commission you may contact me through either Discord or E-mail.• Keep the order information in german or english.• Incluce in your message your commission information (eg. what item you want, character references, personalitys, anymore info/details about what you have in mind).

◆ work process/schedule

• It usually takes up to 1-3 days to respond to your inquiry.• A commission takes from a few days up to multiple months, depending on the commission size.• I offer no rush commissions.• I will work on commissions in a randomly and no specific order.• After the payment is completet I will start a rough stetch of the commission.• It is the customer's responsibility to evaluate whether the sketch meets the wishes.• Changes will only be made during the stetch phase. Once the sketch has been confirmed, I will only make major changes to the commission at an additional cost.• After the stetch phase has been aproved, I will sent the finished line art and a wip (work in progress) of the colour stage.• A wip (work in progress) can always be requested by the customer.• After the commission is completed I only accept minor changes (eg. slight colour changes)

◆ payment

• Payment is accepted through PayPal and Bank Transfer.• A full payment is required before I start and only then I start.• All payments must be sent in EUR(€).• Exchange rate fees are borne by you.• I am not responsible for any payment mistakes you do during the transaction.• Payment plans can be made for bigger commissions.

◆ refunds

• A 100% refund is only possible, if I have not started with the commission yet.• A refund will only be made with the deduction of the transaction fees incurred.• Once I started the scetch, I will no longer do refunds.• If I cancel a project by myself, I'll provide an 100% refund, including fees.
